Degreed Customer Service

LHH Recruitment is working with an educational institution near Tempe who is in search of a customer service representative to join their team. This job is fully onsite, Monday-Friday 9am-6pm. The hourly rate is between $23/hr-$26/hr.

This role will serve as a key point of contact for students, prospective students, and internal departments, providing high-quality support and guidance in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for student and customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
  • Provide accurate information regarding programs, enrollment, policies, and services
  • Assist students through various processes, ensuring a positive and supportive experience
  • Resolve inquiries and issues efficiently while maintaining professionalism
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in internal systems
  • Collaborate with academic and administrative departments to support student needs
  • Ensure compliance with institutional policies and procedures

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required (Education, Communications, Business, or related field preferred)
  • 1–3 years of customer service experience, preferably in an educational or professional setting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM or student information systems

Pay Details: $23.00 to $26.00 per hour
