Degreed Customer Service Representative

LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a company near Tempe. This organization is in search of a full time customer service representative. This is fully onsite, either Monday-Friday or Tuesday-Saturday 9am-6pm. The hourly rate is up to $26/hr.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

The Customer Service Representative will handle a large volume of inbound phone calls and emails from customers regarding various programs and services, billing inquiries, financial questions, and account-related matters. This individual must be confident, organized, and capable of providing exceptional customer support while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a high volume of inbound calls and email communications daily
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding programs, services, billing, and financial matters
  • Research and resolve account discrepancies and customer concerns
  • Process account updates, documentation, and internal system entries accurately
  • Work within customer accounts to ensure timely follow-up and resolution
  • Provide clear, professional communication while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve escalated or complex issues
  • Maintain detailed documentation of all customer interactions

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 2+ years of customer service experience preferred (high-volume call environment strongly preferred)
  • Experience handling billing or financial inquiries is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer management systems
  • Ability to remain professional and composed in a fast-paced environment

Pay Details: $24.00 to $26.00 per hour
