Customer Support Specialist

A growing company in the Willoughby area is looking to expand its Customer Support team by adding a Customer Support Specialist. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity focused on supporting customers through email and occasional phone communication. The team values strong communication, technical aptitude, and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and respond to customer requests, primarily via email
  • Prepare and send quotes to customers
  • Occasionally connect with customers by phone to clarify requests or answer questions
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using internal systems
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good technical skills and comfort with learning new systems
  • Previous experience in a customer service or office environment is a plus
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting
  • Positive attitude and a customer-focused approach

Pay Details: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour
