Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Customer Service Specialist to handle a high volume of inbound and/or outbound calls. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates professionally, and consistently delivers excellent customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle a high volume of inbound and/or outbound customer service calls daily
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, accounts, or orders
  • Accurately document all customer interactions in internal systems
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining professionalism and empathy
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary
  • Meet or exceed call volume, quality, and performance metrics
  • Follow established scripts, procedures, and compliance guidelines
  • Collaborate with team members and leadership to improve customer satisfaction

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of customer service or call center experience in a high-volume environment
  • Proven ability to manage heavy call queues while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
  • Comfort using CRM systems and multiple software applications simultaneously
  • Ability to remain calm, focused, and solutions-oriented under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Reliable attendance and commitment to scheduled hours

Pay Details: $18.00 to $23.00 per hour
