Customer Service Representative

LHH is working with a client searching for a temporary Customer Service Representative! This will be a 3-6 month contract, onsite M-F 8-5 and will pay $21-22/hr. Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience strongly preferred!

Responsibilities:

• Enter customer orders and verify specifications
• Transfer customer and order data from old ERP to Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Assist Customer Service Manager and customer service team with administrative functions
• Provide client with updates regarding order status, issues and/or delays

Qualifications:

• Must be open to strictly contract role
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 strongly preferred
• Strong data entry skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy with data
