Customer Service Representative

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative position in Greensboro, NC. This is a fully on-site role, hours are 7:30am-4:30pm. In this role, you will manage the overall customer account and inventory management efforts for key customer accounts and prospects. You are responsible for receiving and processing orders, inquiries and communications to and from specific customers. You must have strong communication skills, strong attention to detail, strong math skills and great follow up! We are looking for someone with at least 2 years of B2B Customer Service experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage 15 to 25 accounts.
  • Responsible for taking orders, calculating cutting measurements in Excel, manage inventory, track part usage, coordinating with Management for ordering material and invoicing.
  • Enter all work orders and provide weekly inventory reports to customers.
  • Answer questions regarding scheduled deliveries and help resolve complaints on products supplied to achieve greatest possible customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with production and traffic to ensure optimum lead-time and inventory levels.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred. High school diploma/GED required.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a B2B Customer Service role.
  • Manufacturing experience required.
  • Proficient in Excel.
  • Excellent writing skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong mathematical skills - position requires mathematical set ups for all work orders and must be proficient with calculator and understand decimals and fractions.
  • Strong customer service mentality.
  • Thrive in a busy, fast-pace environment.

Pay Details: $22.00 to $23.00 per hour
