Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Representative to join our client's team in Roswell, GA. This role serves as the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Assist with order processing, billing issues, and account updates.
  • Coordinate service appointments and dispatch requests when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, dispatch) to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Escalate complex cases to appropriate departments while ensuring follow-up and resolution.
  • Uphold compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services when appropriate.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of customer service experience (call center or office environment).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Pay Details: $20.00 to $21.00 per hour
