SUMMARY:
The Customer Services Representative (CSR) works closely with customers as a first line of contact for billings and service inquiries.
Customer Service Representatives serve as the voice of The Company and are an integral part of our mission to ensure customer satisfaction. This critical role requires strong communications skills and an ability to work directly with customers by phone and email to provide exceptional customer service! Additional skills include the ability to quickly learn new business processes, as well as, billings and service tracking tools.
