Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our client on a temp-to-hire, full-time basis. This fully onsite role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with customers, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering excellent service. As the first point of contact, you'll play a key role in supporting clients and ensuring a positive overall experience.

Position Details

• Job Type: Temp-to-Hire
• Hours: Monday – Friday, 8AM-5PM
• Pay Rate: $20.00 – $22.00/hour
• Work Environment: Fully onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Providing customer service in-person, via phone or email
• Receiving and processing shipments, entering shipment and order information into ERP system
• Performing customer order entry, including assisting clients with price quotes
• Answering incoming phone calls and emails from customers and manage order requests
• Assisting clients in order selection as needed, including providing product specifications
• Addressing customer concerns, related to product or shipment discrepancies
• Processing customer returns or exchanges as needed

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 2 or more years of customer service experience, in a manufacturing or related industry
• Previous experience with ERP or CRM systems strongly preferred
• Soft skills: Friendly and helpful customer service skills, professional verbal and written communication, strong ability to problem solve
