Customer Service Representative

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing company in Phoenix, AZ that is looking for a full-time in-office Customer Service Representative to join the team. This is an onsite position Monday through Friday. Pay range is $19.00-$22.00 per hour depending on experience. The customer service representative will be handling inbound and outbound calls from customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls, make outbound calls, and emails with customers related to billing inquiries, making payments, product information, and more.
  • Document all interactions in the CRM system with accurate data entry and attention to detail.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments while maintaining ownership of the customer experience.
  • Customer account management and verification of information.
  • Process payments accordingly and provide receipt via email to the customer
  • Research and handle customer escalations
  • Liaison between internal departments
  • Assist with any troubleshooting tier one support for the customer.
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • 2+ years of customer service experience or call center experience
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required

Pay Details: $19.00 to $22.00 per hour
