We are currently looking for a dedicated, energetic Customer Service Representative with the necessary skills, initiative, and personality, along with the desire to get the most out of their working life, to help us be our best every day. The Customer Service Representative provides exemplary services, by phone or in person to the customers of the Trusts our company administers. This position interacts with customers and other departments to investigate, resolve, and provide information in response to inquiries about claims, benefits, eligibility, and complaints. Location: On-Site
Compensation: $23.00 – $24.00 per hour depending on previous experience. Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and a 401k plan.
