We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Customer Service Coordinator to support a high-volume customer support operation in Blue Ash, OH. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is committed to delivering a positive customer experience.

This position is 100% onsite, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to high volumes of inbound customer inquiries, providing accurate, professional, and timely assistance
• Troubleshoot customer issues and questions while maintaining established service standards
• Handle escalated customer concerns with professionalism, ensuring resolution within defined policies and timelines
• Conduct inbound and outbound communication, including callbacks and follow-ups, to support service levels and queue performance
• Take ownership of customer issues and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive resolution
• Utilize strong problem-solving and negotiation skills to resolve issues appropriately, escalating when necessary

Qualifications:

• At least one year of customer service experience; call center experience preferred but not required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable handling a high volume of inquiries and resolving complex customer issues
• Ability to work onsite Monday–Friday, 9AM–6PM in Blue Ash, OH
