Location: Albuquerque, NM Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire Pay: $18hour + DOE Schedule Options:
- Monday–Friday
Are you ready to launch your career in a fast-paced, high-impact customer service role? We're looking for energetic and empathetic individuals to join a dynamic team supporting patients and providers in a high-volume call center environment.
What You'll Do:
- Be the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and care
- Assist with login issues, registration, and navigating digital portals
- Resolve inquiries and complaints with empathy and efficiency
- Document interactions in Customer Relationship Management systems and collaborate with internal teams
- Process service requests and support reporting initiatives
What We're Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED (Associate degree preferred)
- 1–2 years of customer service or call center experience
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience
- Bilingual fluency (e.g., Spanish-English) is a strong asset
