Bilingual Customer Service Representative

As the company continues to expand, they are seeking a talented individual to join their team as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, reliable, strong work ethic and eager to learn and grow within the company. Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients
  • Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support via phone, email, and chat
  • Assist clients with account inquiries, transactions, and financial product information
  • Discuss and clearly explain to clients their 401k options and how to allocate their funds
  • Collaborate closely with team members to ensure timely and accurate resolution of client inquiries
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual in both English and Spanish highly preferred
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service
  • Previous experience in the financial services or similar industry preferred
  • Bachelors degree preferred but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce or CRM software

Compensation:

  • $22.00/hour starting pay
  • Contract-To-Hire
  • Opportunities for professional growth, pay increases and advancement within the company

Schedule:

  • Monday-Friday; 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm
  • Office is located in La Mesa, CA
  • After training, there is opportunity to work a hybrid schedule
