B2B Inside Sales Support Specialist

LHH is looking for a B2B Inside Sales Support Specialist for a temporary remote job opportunity. This position is looking for someone with client facing and international B2B sales support experience. This role is critical in ensuring accurate order processing, vendor coordination, and client satisfaction. Eastern or Central time zone preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Sales & Quoting Support: Receive and process quote requests via Salesforce. Generate quotes and coordinate with procurement for PO processing in SAP. Ensure orders are accurately entered and tracked through the system.
• Order Management: Maintain proactive communication with vendors to manage order timelines. Monitor and ensure timely preparation and delivery of client orders. Provide tracking updates and reporting to clients.
• Client Engagement: Act as the right hand to the Client Manager during client calls. Maintain a client-facing presence, ensuring high levels of service and responsiveness.
• System & Reporting: Input and update order details in CRM systems. Deliver client reporting and maintain documentation for internal tracking. Utilize Microsoft Excel for client reporting including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a similar inside sales support role.
• Familiarity with quoting and order management processes.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
• Advanced Excel skills (including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables).
• Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating multiple systems.
• Experience supporting both domestic and international sales teams.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce and SAP or similar platforms preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot pricing discrepancies and vendor communication gaps.

Pay Details: $30.00 to $32.00 per hour
