Administrative Support

The Administrative Support professional provided clerical and organizational assistance to ensure efficient daily operations. This role supported leadership and staff by managing administrative tasks, coordinating information, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provided administrative and clerical support to management and departmental staff.
  • Answered and directed phone calls, emails, and other correspondence in a professional manner.
  • Scheduled meetings, maintained calendars, and coordinated appointments.
  • Prepared, edited, and distributed documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintained filing systems, records, and databases to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
  • Assisted with data entry, invoice processing, and basic reporting as needed.
  • Ordered office supplies and coordinated with vendors to support office operations.
  • Greeted visitors and served as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries.
  • Supported special projects and performed additional administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
  • Previous administrative or office support experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional demeanor with strong customer service skills.

Job Details:

  • Contract to Hire
  • 100% Onsite
  • Pay $19-$23 an hour depending on experience
