Talent Acquisition & Employer Brand Department Support

Within the Talent Acquisition & Employer Brand Department, you will provide support and contribute to the deployment of the recruitment plan for student contracts (interns and trainees) by developing skills on the following missions:

• Analyze and select CVs from our database
• Conduct initial telephone interviews for pre-qualification of applications
• Ensure the follow-up of applications throughout the process (planning, coordination)
• Assist at physical or video interviews
• Write interview reports and presentations to managers
• Compile the contractual dossier of the selected candidate
• Produce and update activity reports
• Contribute to the follow-up and animation of the Interns and Trainees community (integration follow-up, end of mission report)

Profile for this opportunity:

• You are preparing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources and you possess the following skills:
• Proficiency in office tools
• Versatility, organization, rigor, methodology, pragmatism, service-oriented, collaborative spirit, good interpersonal skills, strong initiative, autonomy

Working conditions:

• Remunerated internship
• 35 hours per week
• Remunerated internship
