Job Title

In our aseptic distribution workshop, you are responsible for the approach and results of continuous improvement and quality in the sector. You assist the Production Unit Manager in managing and optimizing quality, safety, flows, and costs. You manage the team of Support Managers and Continuous Improvement, Quality Support Officers, and Quality Technicians of the sector.

Responsibilities include:

• Being a force of proposal for optimizing processes in terms of costs and quality and ensuring implementation
• Being a force of proposal for technical orientations to give in terms of equipment and/or infrastructure and ensuring implementation
• Leading, participating in working groups and cross-functional projects aimed at implementing technical or quality improvements
• Ensuring the implementation of the rules of conduct of the facilities and the management of degraded modes
• Ensuring the implementation of the rules of conformity of the equipment
• Ensuring the implementation of appropriate processes in the context of determining root causes following deviation
• Ensuring the validated and qualified state of the equipment of the sector
• Ensuring the implementation of PQR and other quality processes in force
• Leading the implementation of improvement plans both Quality and Technical
• Ensuring the good maintenance of the Quality indicators of the sector
• Leading performance particularly through quality indicators, the preparation and animation of CQOs and other pilotage instances
• Having the delegation of the RUP in certain cases and for certain responsibilities

Qualifications for This Opportunity

With a background in Industrial Pharmacy or Engineering, you have proven experience in managing deviations and with direct management experience. You are familiar with problem-solving tools and lean management. You have already led very complex deviations. The Green Belt certification is mandatory. Rigour, organization, quality writing, technical spirit.
