Sales Manager

About the Role

This role leads a team of sales professionals to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, coaching team members, managing pipelines and forecasts, and building strong relationships with key customers. The position requires strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills, with a focus on collaboration and fostering an inclusive team culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach a team of Business Development and Account Managers to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to meet business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within assigned accounts.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling.
  • Monitor team performance, pipeline, and forecasts; provide regular updates to leadership.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product, to align strategies.
  • Support team development through mentoring, feedback, and performance reviews.
