Microsoft Power Platform Developer

We're looking for a talented Microsoft Power Platform Developer to join our growing team and be at the forefront of our digital transformation journey. Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop end-to-end solutions using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Pages
  • Build and manage automated workflows using Power Automate, including cloud flows, desktop flows (RPA), and process advisor insights
  • Create interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI to support data-driven decision-making
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into practical low-code/no-code solutions
  • Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, Azure services, Dataverse, SharePoint, Teams, and third-party APIs via connectors
  • Establish and enforce best practices, governance standards, and security policies within the Power Platform environment
  • Train and support business users and citizen developers in adopting Power Platform tools
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize existing Power Platform solutions for performance and reliability
  • Stay current with Microsoft's Power Platform roadmap and evaluate new features for adoption

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages)
  • Strong proficiency in Power Fx, DAX, and M Query
  • Experience with Microsoft Dataverse (data modeling, security roles, relationships)
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem (SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, OneDrive)
  • Experience integrating with REST APIs and using custom connectors
  • Familiarity with Azure services (Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus) as they relate to Power Platform
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement
  • Excellent communication skills — able to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

  • Microsoft certifications: PL-100, PL-200, PL-300, PL-400, or PL-600
  • Experience with Power Automate Desktop (RPA / attended & unattended automation)
  • Knowledge of ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) using Azure DevOps or GitHub with Power Platform
  • Familiarity with Copilot Studio (formerly Power Virtual Agents) for building AI-powered chatbots
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Background in a business analyst or process improvement role
