As an account manager, achieve targets and build lasting relationships with legal professionals. Provide localized electronic tools by offering legal technology solutions.
Builds and maintains effective long-term relationships and a high level of satisfaction with key senior-level decision makers and influencers at an assigned group of customer accounts. The customer base mainly includes legal departments, compliance departments, intellectual property departments, and law firms of enterprises.
Identifies, develops and typically closes new sales opportunities. Simultaneously achieving a portion of the renewal targets for assigned clients.
Creates demand for the organization's Legal products and services by raising their profile with customers.
Achieves revenue targets by increasing revenue spend per account.
Conduct regular status and strategy meetings with the customer's senior management to understand their needs and link them to the organization's product/service strategies.
Responsibilities are within the Account Management Function as a generalist territory accounts, products/services sales or account management processes has direct contact with clients and moderate opportunity to set and negotiate product/service terms.
Recommended skills and knowledge: Legal industry background and legal education background are more helpful for adapting to work; SaaS industry experience is more conducive to adapting to work; Sales experience in AI products and knowledge database products will be more conducive to the job.
Interprets internal/external business issues and them to own role; Develops competence by performing structured work assignments; Works within guidelines and policies Interpersonal Skills; Adapts information/style to the audience; clear explanation of difficult aspects.
Possess extensive new business development & sales experience in SaaS.
Be agile, proactive, and able to go above and beyond the call of duty.
Possess sales and marketing knowledge, including sales cycle and sales management skills.
Have a deep understanding of IT and technical insight into electronic products and solutions.
Be proficient in Chinese and Business English.
Possess data analytical skills, CRM management, and effective decision-making processes.
