Food Service Retail Manager

The Role at a Glance: We are looking to add an experienced, motivated Retail Manager to our Education team in Saint Louis. As a Retail Manager, you will have the opportunity to assist with overseeing culinary, marketing, safety and sanitation, and operations functions for the account.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Recruiting, training, and retaining a large staffing team, including food service workers, cashiers, baristas, cooks, and catering teams.
• Ensuring that the operation delivers high quality food and friendly service.
• Ensuring that the business runs in a professional, efficient, and profitable manner.
• Demonstrating strong leadership and communication skills with all employees.
• Execute program strategies for unit level.
• Develop and execute retail promotional strategies for culinary concepts.
• Develop marketing programs aimed to increase customer satisfaction, participation, and/or revenue.
• Assist with Marketing support the account: Digital Signage, Company Store, SharePoint, Social Media, Websites.

What We're Looking For:

Must-haves:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years' experience in a supervisory role.
• At least two years' foodservice experience.
• Proven track record of financial responsibility.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.

Nice-to-haves:

• ServSafe Manager certification.
• Marketing experience.
• Higher Education food service experience.
• Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree.

Compensation Range: Starting at $60,000 per year
