Food Service Manager

We are looking to add a temporary Food Service Manager to our Constellation Culinary Group team in New York, NY. This role will support FOH functions for a corporate dining account from 9/22-10/10.

What you'll be doing:

• Recruiting, training, and retaining a large staffing team, including chefs, cashiers, baristas, cooks, and catering teams.
• Ensuring that the operation delivers high quality food and friendly service.
• Ensuring that the business runs in a professional, efficient, and profitable manner.
• Demonstrating strong leadership and communication skills with all employees.

What we're looking for:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years' experience in a supervisory role.
• At least two years' foodservice experience.
• Proven track record of financial responsibility.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.

• ServSafe Manager certification.
• Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree.

Compensation Range:

Temporary salary: $120,000- $125,000
