Essential aspects of the role:
- Providing top-level customer service by working as a team and upholding our brand values;
- Offering exceptional, personalized customer service and always putting the customer first;
- Helping the Store Management Team to achieve sales targets, both individually and for the store;
- Assisting with deliveries and the organization of the stockroom;
- Being a brand ambassador.

- Experience in the retail sector is ideal;
- Experience as a tailor would also be desirable;
- Is confident in selling our products and engaging with and assisting customers.
