Stylist – Sales Advisor Full Time

Support your store leaders to achieve an iconic store status thanks to your high level of service. Responsible for being a Stylists for Levi's®, carrying out a variety of functions and procedures related to consumer service, sales, marketing, and store operation. Achievement of sales objectives, daily, weekly, monthly supported by commercial indicators (KPIs). High sense of care and control of Inventory.
- Achieve successful sales, generating highly satisfied consumers with the service provided and products purchased.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and key indicators assigned daily, weekly and monthly
- Achieve successful, authentic and honest relationships, obtaining captive consumers of the brand and store consistently
- Achieve maintaining visual standards of the product inside the store that are attractive to the consumer and invite them to purchase
- Contribute to the achievement of objectives of indicators (KPIs) and sales, daily, weekly and monthly of the store, thanks to your own results.
- Contribute to the reliability of required inventories and the execution of cyclical and fiscal inventories, thanks to the care of the product and follow-up of its operational tasks.
- Maintain a high level of attitude and availability towards your tasks, colleagues and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide consumer service that exceeds their expectations in each interaction, during assigned hours according to the convenience of the store.
- Carry out the training activities that apply in time, and quality, asking for the corresponding feedback.
- Participate in meetings, gatherings, counts, inventories and other activities in which you are requested in order to improve teamwork, knowledge and skills.
- Learn and update yourself permanently about brand data, history, innovation in products, benefits, characteristics etc. and be able to have conversations about it with consumers consistently
- Know and stay attentive to new fashion trends, styles, tones, etc. that the consumer may seek and always have outfit options for them
- Learn about key commercial indicators (KPIs), follow up on your individual performance Vs assigned goals and put into practice actions to correct or increase those numbers
- Receive feedback from Assistant Manager and Store Manager in a positive way to modify your behavior in function of the consumer service you provide
- Learn and maintain the visual presentation standards of the product that apply, and propose changes that have a positive impact on the Look and Sales of the store
- Be a proud bearer of the assigned brand, using uniforms in a way that shows your own style, in an elevated presence.
- Contribute to the safeguarding of the assets, resources and security of the store
- Contribute to the supply and marketing tasks of the sales floor in accordance with visual standards
- Adhere to the established guidelines of operation, administration of the store (P&P) and safety standards and report any anomaly immediately for timely decision making
- Communication with your Store Manager and Assistant Manager, reporting incidents and giving voice to the field with valuable feedback
- Comply punctually with your operational hours, respecting your entry and exit times of shift, as well as registering them in the system.
Formal Education
Preferably high school incomplete or completed. Desirable undergraduate degree in economic, administrative, tourism or service-focused areas.
Experience:
Preferably, 1 year experience as a salesperson in commercial textile, accessories and/or footwear sectors.
Knowledge and skills:
- Desirable basic knowledge of commercial indicators (KPIs)-Ability and taste for sales and image advice (ease of speech)-Notions of marketing and exhibition with commercial sense-High sense of service and total focus on the consumer-Work with results focus-Focus on your self-development with availability to keep learning-Preferably live close to the assigned store-Excellent personal presentation-Availability of schedule-Intermediate English desirable
