This summer you could work for one of Levi Strauss & Co.'s iconic brands! Our Fostering Influential Talent (F.I.T.) Internship Program gives students real-world exposure to one of the world's leading fashion and apparel companies. Our Summer F.I.T. Program is based at a LS&Co. office and is the perfect way to gain work experience in the core of the organization, while learning what a career at LS&Co. might have in store for you.

In addition to daily responsibilities, all F.I.T. Interns will participate in a summer project in their department to support an important business initiative and work with various areas of our business and our brands. Leadership seminars and career exploration learning series connect our interns to our leaders and provide exposure to different career paths internally.

NOTICE: For this role, we presently are seeking candidates who will not require company visa sponsorship for the internship program, or for a potential follow-up offer of regular employment. Candidates who require such visa sponsorship will not be considered. For any roles working remotely, the work must also be performed inside Canada, not in a foreign country.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to support our business objectives of transforming Levi's into a lifestyle brand, growing our Loyalty members, and supporting the growth of our DTC business.

Brand Activation & Event Coordination

• Support the planning and execution of large-scale brand activations (both on-site and off-site).
• Maintain and track project workback schedules to ensure key milestones and deliverables are met.
• Coordinate logistics and communication between internal teams, external agencies, and vendors.
• Assist with event operations, setup, and on-site execution.

Competitive Landscape Analysis & Reporting

• Conduct in-depth analysis of the competitive landscape to identify trends, best practices, and opportunities.
• Develop and streamline processes for ongoing monitoring and automated reporting.
• Summarize findings and present actionable insights to the marketing team.

About You

• Passion for the Levi's brand and LS&Co. ways of working
• Must be enrolled in an accredited undergraduate, associate program or graduate program, preferably pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset and proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Passion for marketing, retail, and consumer culture - especially in fashion or lifestyle sectors.
• Creative thinker with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
• Driver's license and access to an automotive vehicle preferred, with the ability to travel
• Ability to work some weekends
• High school diploma or GED
• Expected Graduation date Spring 2027
• Eligible to work in Canada and provide proof of work authorization
