We're on the lookout for a Sales & Outreach Specialist who's ready to bring the energy, connect with customers, and help drive serious growth. This is more than just a sales job—it's your chance to be the friendly face (and voice) of our brand, both in-store and beyond!

Rate: $15/hr plus commission

What You'll Be Doing (a.k.a. Your Superpowers):

• Delivering top-tier customer service with a smile—in person, over the phone, via email, live chat… you name it!
• Reaching out to past and potential customers with upbeat energy to generate leads, schedule appointments, and get them excited to visit the store.
• Coordinating appointments for our sales team and keeping everything running smooth as butter.
• Getting involved in awesome store events, promotions, and community outreach—because you know how to make things happen.
• Becoming a product guru so you can confidently recommend the best solutions tailored to each customer.
• Turning abandoned carts into delivered sales (hello, follow-through!) and even helping customers ship their faves out of state.
• Tackling "other duties as assigned," like the flexible pro you are.
