Position Overview
We are seeking a field sales account executive who is passionate about using technology to solve complex problems and help enterprises transition to tech-driven solutions to scale the business. In this role, you are motivated by the desire to solve critical challenges facing our customers, that impacts their quality or compliance
requirements. This
is a unique opportunity for a closer with a self-starter mentality to win business and market share by actively improving the quality and compliance posture of existing customers.

What will you Work On?
- Identify, engage, negotiate, and close large deals with some of the best pharma companies worldwide.
- Engage with potential buyers to build solutions that allow them to win
- Enable the buyer throughout the sales cycle by thoughtfully addressing key stakeholders in the buyer journey while navigating organizational complexities.
- Assist buyers in building a business case via jobs such as ROI estimation, Budgeting, IT evaluation, etc.
- Engage with some of the most significant & strategic accounts and land several meaningful and sizable wins.
- Be the voice of the customer internally to improve go-to-market execution, collateral, and success continuously.
- Collaborate with various internal teams such as Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to drive sales execution
Responsibilties
- Be the primary sales driver and do everything it takes to identify, engage, negotiate, and close large deals with some of the best pharma companies worldwide.
- Proven consultative sales solution skills, including the ability to discover pain points, hands-on solutioning as per identified pain points, articulate a clear, return on investment
- Build a fundamental understanding of pharmaceutical regulatory challenges and solutions. Stay updated on industry news and trends, and how they affect Leucine’s customers and prospects.
- Generate velocity to deliver a predictable book of business through strong account planning and execution skills.
- Ability to influence C-Level and across both IT and business units.
- Enable the champion and buyer throughout the sales cycle by thoughtfully addressing key stakeholders in the buyer journey while navigating organizational complexities.
- Collaborate with various internal teams such as Customer Success, Solutions, Product, and Marketing to drive sales execution.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated success in enterprise software sales, technical consulting or, pre-sales solutions driving deal closures.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to leverage a consultative approach to drive positive outcomes for clients.
- Minimum of 2 years of successful software and services sales or consulting experience.
