What do you need to succeed?

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree, MBA, or related graduate program in Human Resources
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., SAP)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Geographically mobile and open to relocation
