Interim HR Business Partner

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Interim HR Business Partner to join our People team for a 3-6 month engagement. In this role, you will provide HR expertise, coaching, and guidance to managers and employees, with a strong focus on Employee Relations (ER) and supporting the delivery of our business strategy. This is a high-impact, short-term opportunity ideal for a proactive HR professional with strong ER knowledge, and the ability to quickly build trust and deliver results in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted partner to employees and managers, aligning people initiatives with business objectives.
  • Provide strong Employee Relations expertise to manage complex cases and ER-related projects.
  • Partner with leaders to address day-to-day People matters, ensuring legal compliance and alignment with company policies.
  • Support employee lifecycle, including performance management, development and organizational change projects.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and scalability.
  • Manage multiple priorities independently while maintaining strong relationships across the business.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with proven success in Partnering role(s).
  • Significant experience managing complex Employee Relations matters and projects.
  • Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, change-oriented environments.
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms, preferably Hibob.
  • HR professional certification (e.g., CIPD) or equivalent experience.

  • Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
