We are currently recruiting for multiple Site Engineers to join our teams in Adelaide, with opportunities on projects in the City and Northern regions.

As a Site Engineer with Lendlease, you will support the delivery of complex construction projects by managing subcontractors, monitoring quality, and ensuring compliance with safety and sustainability standards. You'll work closely with a Senior Project Engineer and wider site team to plan, coordinate, and execute works efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and monitoring short-range construction programs aligned with project milestones.
• Administer subcontractor packages, including progress claims, variations, and quality compliance.
• Implement Lendlease's Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) Management System and promote an Incident & Injury Free culture.
• Conduct site inspections, quality audits, and ensure compliance with Inspection Test Plans (ITPs).
• Support sustainability initiatives and maintain statutory compliance records.
• Collaborate with project teams to resolve technical and commercial issues.

To be successful, you will need:

• Ideally 2-5 years' experience in the construction industry, preferably on large-scale building construction projects. (I.e. Commercial, residential, defence and healthcare).
• Previous on-site construction delivery experience, looking after major trade packages.
• Degree qualification in a relevant field of study (Engineering, Construction Management etc).
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, programming, and quality assurance.
• Clear and articulate communication skills coupled with an ability to manage stakeholders, both internally and externally.
