What you'll do:
- Own and enhance Salesforce customisations: user roles, security settings, sharing rules, profiles, permission sets, and data integrity.
- Drive system administration, data management, and platform improvements using DataLoader, Excel, and CI/CD tooling.
- Collaborate with a cross-functional agile team to deliver stable, high-quality solutions.
- Implement enhancements using Salesforce DX and best practices for fault-tolerant, reliable applications.
- Document processes clearly and guide your team to continuously improve admin practices.
- Support production monitoring, debugging, and alerting, ensuring KPIs are met and exceeded.
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience building and maintaining Salesforce customisations.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce DX, CI/CD, Git, and version control (Bitbucket, GitHub, etc.).
- Strong background in security model and automated deployments using CI/CD specifically for Salesforce is non-negotiable.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (preferred but not required).
- Passion for building simple, reliable solutions to complex problems.
- Strong communication and documentation skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Desire to continually improve your work and the team's processes.
- Must be currently residing in the Greater Manila Area (Metro Manila + Neighbouring provinces).
Successful candidates must have a stable postpaid internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace at home with appropriate furniture (desk and office chair).
