Job Description
The Aurora to Core team is accelerating Lendi Group's journey from AI Adjacent to AI native by integrating high-impact AI agents and tooling—developed under the Aurora platform—into the core operations of Lendi Group and Aussie. Our mission is to drive AI native through to our core brokers and customers across the entire loan lifecycle and customer journey.
Qualifications
5+ years of backend development experience.
Strong proficiency in Node.js (TypeScript) and associated backend technologies.
Strong API development skills, including RESTful services, schema-first design, Graphql, webhooks, and Auth (Auth0, JWT).
Deep understanding of microservices architecture and messaging patterns (e.g., event-driven, request-response, pub/sub).
Hands-on experience with Kafka, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Experience with AWS cloud services, particularly IAM, Lambda, DynamoDB, ECS, and SSM.
Experience with DevOps and IaC patterns and approaches.
Nice to have: Experience with Kotlin and Python.
