What you'll do

  • Drive pipeline discipline so no customer is left behind.
  • Embed the Find → Buy → Own framework into every sales conversation – from property search to refinancing.
  • Run training huddles, call reviews, and 1:1 coaching sessions to sharpen performance.
  • Leverage tools like VOXI, Loom, and AI insights to spot opportunities and drive improvement.
  • Build a culture of accountability, energy, and customer-first success.

What we're looking for

  • Experienced Sales Manager with a track record of leading brokers, lenders, or phone-based sales teams.
  • Strong knowledge of home loan products, property transactions, and financing strategies.
  • Proven ability to deliver sales results while driving broader initiatives like cross-sell and lifetime customer value.
  • A natural leader who balances discipline with inspiration and knows how to hold teams accountable.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment where strategies evolve quickly.
