Job Description

As an RPA/AI Engineer, you will design, build, and deliver automation and AI initiatives that enable smarter, more efficient ways of working. You'll collaborate with teams across the business, ensure adoption of new technologies, and adapt quickly to emerging tools and opportunities.

Qualifications

Strong understanding of AI tools and their practical applications in business workflows.

Experience with AI engineering, including:

• Building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
• Prompt engineering for effective AI/LLM use cases.
• Working with LLM frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or similar).
• Exposure to agentic AI use cases (AI agents, task automation orchestration).

Hands-on experience with Power Automate and Copilot Studio, including solution design and deployment.

Willingness to work across a variety of AI and automation tools as needed.

Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent collaboration and communication skills with the ability to influence and guide stakeholders.
