Job Description
About the role
We're building a brand-new EA team in the Philippines to support our Group Leadership Team — the senior leaders driving our growth.
You'll be the organizational backbone:
- Managing complex, multi–time zone calendars
- Handling sensitive information with discretion
- Keeping leaders focused, prepared, and ahead of the game
This is a fast-paced, high-trust environment in the Founders Office — where your ideas will help shape how the team runs.
What you'll do:
- Own schedules for multiple executives — no back-and-forth chaos
- Gatekeep inboxes and prioritize what matters
- Coordinate travel and keep logistics seamless
- Stay on top of admin — expenses, meeting prep, follow-ups
- Anticipate needs and solve problems before they happen
- Support events & projects when needed
- Keep records organized and processes smooth
Qualifications
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years EA/senior admin experience with strong calendar management skills
- Experience with Western teams (multi–time zone experience a plus)
- Strong written & verbal English
- Highly organized, proactive, and independent
- Discreet, professional, and calm under pressure
- Tech-savvy with tools like MS Office, Atlassian, Slack, expense & travel systems
- Team player with a "roll-up-your-sleeves" attitude
