We're looking for a CRM Marketing Specialist to take our customer experiences to the next level. You'll craft highly personalised email and SMS campaigns, design end-to-end automated journeys, and use Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and AI tools to make campaigns smarter, faster, and more effective.
You'll collaborate with Brand, Product, Content, and Distribution teams to create journeys that drive real engagement and results. This role is full-time, and while it begins as a 12-month parental leave cover, there is a view to transition it into a permanent position once that period ends. On a typical day you will:
Around 1-3 years experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or marketing automation within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Proven hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar (Hubspot, Braze, Pardot ect).
Strong ability to write and amend HTML/CSS for responsive templates and dynamic email content.
Comfortable using AI-assisted tools to improve build efficiency, automate QA processes, troubleshoot errors and surface insights.
Collaborative and adaptable, with experience managing campaigns across multiple teams.
Naturally curious and creative, with a data-driven approach to campaign optimisation.
