Leidos is looking for a Personal Computer Support Technician! This is an exciting opportunity to use your experience helping the NASA NEST mission.
The Personal Computer Support Technician Technical Service Desk operates 24X7 in support of the NASA NEST Contract and is in Huntsville, AL. The team members have responsibility for working Incidents related to NEST Services, e.g. Windows and Mac Operating Systems, System Logins, Network connectivity, O365, automated backups and BOX for Large File Transfers, to name a few.
Various systems are accessed to carry out the responsibilities of this job, e.g. ServiceNow for Incident and Task Management, InContact Telephony System, etc.
Communication and Written skills are critical as candidates will interface with Management, Customers and End Users as they carry out their job responsibilities.
Please Note: All candidates must be willing to work 2nd or 3rd shift and irregular work weeks which would include Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays.
The pay for this position is $28.40 per hour. This position is covered under the Service Contract Act and is subject to minimum wage demands as well as the minimum Health and Welfare benefits. Leidos will ensure that all provisions are met through their wages and benefits.
