Leidos Engineering is seeking a Distribution Planning And Analysis Engineer to join our distribution planning team. It is expected that this role will involve the execution of distribution planning – Load flow & short circuit, arc flash and coordination studies, distribution protection, and could also involve DER interconnection studies and self-healing systems as project and client needs dictate.
Studies would be conducted primarily as part of EPC projects and sometimes for US based utility clients. The growth potential of this position is significant for a well-qualified candidate.

The candidate should possess solid analytical distribution planning experience, including load flow for both traditional planning studies, short circuit studies, time coordination studies and arc flash analysis. Familiarity and experience with US distribution policy, and regulatory issues is also considered a plus.
