What You Will Do
Build Efficient, Frictionless HR Operations
- Help standardize onboarding, orientation, and HR processes across properties
- Maintain clear and accessible HR resources, including policies and Code of Conduct materials
- Support HR Business Partners by reducing administrative burden so they can focus on strategic work
Support Executive Leadership
- Coordinate schedules, priorities, and key initiatives for HR leadership
- Track progress on important projects and ensure follow-through
- Prepare reports, presentations, and materials that support executive decision-making
- Help organize leadership meetings, trainings, and communications
Serve as a Bilingual Culture Bridge
- Ensure clear, consistent communication in both English and Spanish
- Help translate not just language-but intent, tone, and culture
- Support leaders and associates in navigating workplace questions and concerns
- Strengthen trust and engagement across a diverse workforce
Strengthen HR Data & Systems
- Maintain accurate and reliable data in Dayforce and HR systems
- Support training tracking, reporting, and completion efforts
- Help ensure leaders have the information they need to make better workforce decisions

What You Bring
- Fluency in English and Spanish (required)
- Experience in HR administration, coordination, or similar operational roles
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Confidence working with systems, data, and reporting tools
- Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
- Curiosity to learn and expand within HR operations
