About the Role
Legacy Transportation is seeking a Senior Customer Service Logistics Coordinator to manage complex shipments, support key accounts, and support staff. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to handle high-value freight, and excellent customer service under tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
· Act as the main contact for key customer accounts.
· Process and oversee transportation and storage orders.
· Provide accurate and timely quotes.
· Coordinate time-sensitive tradeshow, event, and high-value shipments.
· Communicate proactively with customers and resolve escalations.
· Support team members.

Requirements
· 2–5 years experience in customer service, account management, or logistics (transportation/tradeshow preferred).
· Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
· Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office; logistics software experience preferred.
