CGI Federal is seeking a ServiceNow Developer with experience analyzing the customer requirements and develop a solution architecture that addresses the technical, management, maximizes automation, and provides operational reporting aspects of the proposal.
This position is located at our client site in Baltimore, MD. Other onshore delivery centers may be an option: Fairfax, VA, Lafayette, LA, Lebanon, VA, Belton, TX, Knoxville, TN.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
Bachelor's and 3 years of experience, Master's and 1 year of experience or 7+ in lieu of a degree.
5+ years of experience as ServiceNow developer.
3+ years of experience with technical discussions and reviews.
Experience across numerous parts of the ServiceNow platform and experience with commonly integrated third-party technologies.
Excellent understanding of system architecture, design principles, and impacts.
Experience supporting IT related data integrity (CMDB, HAM, SAM, etc.)
Excellent technical leadership skills and initiative to take on additional responsibilities.
Excellent written and oral communication skills to deliver technical solutions simply and succinctly.
Experience with the US Federal Government.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust. Contract requirement.
3+ years of experience with developing ServiceNow solutions across various platform applications, such as ITSM, ITOM (HAM and SAM), ITBM, CSM, SecOps, GRC, HR.
3+ years of industry experience (e.g. Financial Services, Healthcare, High Tech, Manufacturing, Retail, etc.)
2+ years of technical leadership experience driving change/solutions.
Additional ServiceNow CIS certification with preference for the following:
Experience with Web development, including technologies such as X-HTML, CSS3, SQL, XML, Angular and JavaScript, PHP, .NET, or Java.
Experience with implementing Java scripting to support automation across the various modules in ServiceNow.
Experience with REST and SOAP web service protocols.
Experience with Business Rules, Workflow, Identification Rules, Workspaces and External Portals.
Knowledge of SAML, Active Directory, or LDAP.
Specialized ServiceNow Developer Certifications, including ITSM, HAM, SAM, ITBM, CSM, SecOps, GRC, TRM/APM or HR.
Project Management or Agile certification.
ITILv4 Foundations Certification.
Ability to work in a high growth, fast paced environment.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $78,400.00 - $154,300.00.
