Location: Remote with up to 50% travel to client location. Candidates located within 25 miles of a DXC office will be required to work onsite 2–3 times per week.

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled SAP S/4 HANA Solutions Architect to lead our Partner Ecosystem and Services team. As a key member of our SAP practice, you will be responsible for managing and growing our relationships with SAP and other partners that provide tooling and services for SAP S/4HANA implementations, such as smartShift, IBIS, EPI-USE labs, SNP, Syniti, Tricentis, Worksoft amongst others. You will work closely with our sales, delivery, and partner teams to identify new business opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and drive the adoption of our SAP-powered offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the SAP software ecosystem, including SAP S/4HANA, Signavio, LeanIX, WalkMe, CALM, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), and SAP AI
• Build and grow relationships with partners that provide tooling and services for SAP S/4HANA implementations, such as smartShift, IBIS, EPI-USE labs, SNP, Syniti, and others
• Understand the tools and services offered by SAP and each partner and know when to use them to deliver successful SAP S/4HANA assessments and implementations
• Collaborate with partners to develop and deliver joint solutions and services that meet the needs of our clients
• Work with our sales team to identify and qualify leads, providing technical expertise throughout the sales cycle
• Develop and deliver solution proposals that incorporate the appropriate tools and services from our partners
• Provide advisory services to clients on the use of SAP S/4HANA and related tools and services
• Utilize knowledge of SAP and partner tooling/services to help run end-to-end assessments for moving to S/4HANA, including:
• Conducting workshops and discovery sessions to understand client requirements and pain points
• Analyzing client data and systems to identify potential roadblocks and areas for improvement
• Developing and presenting recommendations for S/4HANA implementation, including the use of partner tooling and services
• Collaborating with clients to develop a tailored roadmap for S/4HANA adoption
• Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in SAP technologies and services, sharing knowledge and best practices with the team.
• Contribute to the development of internal training materials and knowledge bases related to SAP solutions and services.
• Work closely with delivery teams to ensure the successful implementation of SAP solutions and service

Qualifications and Experience

• 10+ years of experience in SAP gained in a consulting capacity, with a deep understanding of the SAP software ecosystem, including SAP S/4HANA, Signavio, LeanIX, WalkMe, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), and SAP Business AI
• 5+ years of experience working with partners that provide tooling and services for SAP S/4HANA implementations, such as smartShift, IBIS, EPI-USE labs, SNP, Syniti, and others
• Must have been through at least two end-to-end S/4 transformation programs with one completing in the last 12 months, in the role of either Enterprise / Solution / Technical Architect, Program or Project manager or Technical / Functional lead
• Strong client-facing skills, with a demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish trust
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• Proven ability to build and grow relationships with partners and clients
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• SAP certifications related to S/4HANA Solution Architecture, Technical Architecture, Signavio, LeanIX, BTP, and SAP Business AI are highly desirable

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with other cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and their SAP offerings
• Knowledge of specific industry use cases for SAP solutions and services (e.g., finance, manufacturing, retail)
• Experience working with SAP partners and developing strategic partnerships
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience working in an agile environment

Work Environment

• It is expected that, at this time, you may be required as part of the job function to travel up to 50%.
• Candidates located within 25 miles of a DXC office will be required to work onsite 2–3 times per week.
