You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and scalability of our BI platforms that empower data-driven decision-making across our organization.

What will you do?

Design, implement, and maintain a robust BI infrastructure that supports scalable and reliable data analytics and reporting.
Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to optimize data pipelines and ensure seamless data flow in BI processes.
Implement monitoring and alerting solutions to proactively manage the health and performance of BI systems.
Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines for BI project deployments while ensuring best practices in version control and documentation.
Identify and troubleshoot issues in the BI ecosystem, contributing to continuous improvement in performance and reliability.
Ensure that security, compliance, and governance practices are followed for all BI data and infrastructure.
Contribute to the growth and maturity of the BI capabilities at Leadtech through mentoring and knowledge sharing with team members.
Work cross-functionally to introduce BI best practices and improve overall data literacy throughout the organization.
