Key responsibilities include driving sales, participating in the design program, focusing on customer service, and ensuring operational excellence.

Minimum requirements include a high school diploma, previous selling experience, excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills, among others.

Physical demands include the ability to lift and/or carry up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods of time, and perform repetitive hand motions, among others.

Compensation includes training pay, average annual earning potential, total compensation range, base pay, commission, and bonus.
