Junior Project Engineer (Land Development)
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Project Engineer to join our growing Land Development team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals who have internship or hands-on experience in land development engineering. You will work closely with senior engineers and project managers to support the planning, design, and execution of residential, commercial, and mixed-use development projects.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of site development plans, grading plans, utility layouts, and drainage designs.
- Perform calculations and prepare engineering reports in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Conduct research and compile data for environmental, zoning, and permitting requirements.
- Support senior engineers in reviewing construction drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.
- Collaborate with surveyors, architects, and other team members to ensure accurate project deliverables.
- Assist with permit applications and respond to agency review comments.
- Participate in field inspections, site visits, and project meetings.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure deliverables are submitted on schedule.
