On-Site Operations Coordinator
We are seeking a highly reliable and people-focused On-Site Operations Coordinator to support a 24/7 warehouse operation at our client site in North Las Vegas. This role serves as the primary point of contact for our associates and the client, ensuring strong attendance, engagement, safety compliance, and daily operational execution. This position is critical to maintaining workforce stability, improving retention, and providing real-time support across multiple shifts. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Associate Support & Engagement
- Serve as the on-site representative for associates across all shifts
- Conduct daily check-ins, new hire orientation support, and ongoing engagement
- Address attendance issues, job concerns, performance coaching, and policy questions
- Support retention initiatives and employee recognition efforts
- Operations & Workforce Management
- Monitor headcount, attendance, call-outs, and schedule adherence
- Coordinate replacements and backfills for absences or attrition
- Partner with recruiting and Branch teams to ensure continuous coverage
- Track and report daily/weekly workforce metrics
- Client & Site Partnership
- Interface directly with client supervisors and leadership
- Support shift transitions and operational continuity
- Escalate issues and provide real-time solutions
- Safety & Compliance
- Enforce safety policies and PPE requirements
- Support incident reporting and documentation
- Assist with safety walks, audits, and corrective actions
- Ensure associates follow site rules and procedures
- Reporting & Administration
- Maintain accurate attendance and incident records
- Provide daily updates to internal leadership
- Support payroll verification and associate documentation when needed
Qualifications
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) – required
- 1–3 years of experience in: on-site staffing support, warehouse supervision, HR coordination, or operations
- Experience working in warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environments strongly preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedules (days, nights, weekends, holidays)
- Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills
- Comfortable using basic systems for reporting, attendance tracking, and email
- High level of reliability, professionalism, and confidentiality

- Staffing agency or workforce support experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking ability in fast-paced environments

Pay Details: $26.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
