Fighter Subject Matter Expert

Serco's Nellis Location at the Joint Integrated Test and Training Center, 31 Combat Training Squadron, is looking for a Fighter Subject Matter Expert capable of engineering, informing and delivering a challenging training environment for Warfighters. This position is contingent upon your ability to maintain/transfer your TS/SCI Clearance. Our Fighter SMEs are responsible for planning, scripting, executing and debriefing large force training scenarios in support of the 31 CTS priorities. This role focuses on integrating fighter aircraft TTPs into complex mission training environments to ensure operational realism and readiness.

In this role you will:

• Lead fighter integration planning for large force employment exercises.
• Develop and execute scenarios that challenge training audiences across multiple mission sets (air-to-air, air-to-ground, SEAD etc)
• Script elements to support and achieve customer defined learning objectives.
• Employ current TTPs, and mission planning tools in execution.
• Deliver expert feedback and insights to support debrief.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Must have an active TS/SCI Secret clearance
• U.S Citizenship Required
• Master's Degree and minimum 6 years recent fighter pilot experience or
• Bachelor's Degree and 10 years recent experience
• Recent 5th Gen experience
• Ability to travel up to 10%

Additional desired experience and skills:

• Weapons School Graduate.
• Strong understanding of fighter TTPs across multiple mission profiles.
• Familiarity with NGTS, ASCOT or like simulation/training tools.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor training audiences.
