Assist and support Managers / Supervisors in overseeing daily operations of the Premium Services Team, by managing premium guest operations, leading the team members, and driving service excellence. This would include but is not limited to the following:
Daily premium guest operations include managing VIP Arrivals and departures, overseeing suite allocation and Suite readiness, ensuring that key guest details are acknowledged and action upon by the Team.
Responsible for ensuring that the Premium Services Team's mailbox are actively replied to and/or actioned accordingly.
Responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all reports that are being disseminated on a daily basis to other departments.
Partake in service audits by shadowing Team Members, ensuring that the team upholds the expected Forbes Service Standard.
Takes the lead on cross departmental projects and handling of VIP groups that require multiple stakeholders involvement.
Takes the lead in handling guest challenges / escalations from the Team Members and provide a resolution for guests.
Analyze Hotel Survey comments / guest feedback / current operational processes to implement improvements, close any identified gaps and elevate offerings / operations.
Support training and development initiatives for Team Members – including taking the lead on daily Pre-shifts (ensuring that pertinent information and updates are shared and the Team Members are clear on the changes) and mentoring of New Team Members / Team Members that are identified as requiring additional support.
Education and Certification
Diploma or Degree undergraduate in your final year of study in any discipline; or a recent graduate
Experience
Less than 2 years of working experience

A Team player and one that takes initiative.
Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin, additional language is an advantage.

Can work on rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays
