We are seeking a skilled and organized Hospitality Human Resources Coordinator to join our HR team. Your primary role will be to assist with the day-to-day operations of our human resources department, including recruiting, onboarding, training, and employee engagement activities. Our ideal candidate has a strong understanding of HR practices in the hospitality industry and excellent interpersonal skills to handle sensitive matters with confidentiality and professionalism. Bi-Lingual in Spanish is a plus.
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
Knowledge of Word & Excel required, Paycor experience a plus.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization. Fluent in Spanish is preferred.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
